In November 2021, a rig underwent a transition from Sri Lanka to Brazil, pausing for six months in Tenerife for reactivation. Throughout this reactivation phase, ICM Group took charge of up-manning, filling over 40 positions across marine, drilling, technical departments, administration, and translation roles. Our team successfully recruited and managed a workforce exceeding 235 individuals.

In November 2021, our client’s rig embarked on a journey from Sri Lanka to Brazil, making a strategic six-month stop in Tenerife for its reactivation phase. During this crucial period, ICM Group spearheaded the up-manning process, successfully filling over 40 essential positions across various departments including marine, drilling, technical, administration, and translation.

Our dedicated team adeptly recruited and managed a workforce of more than 235 individuals, efficiently overseeing crew changes (excluding flight arrangements) and orchestrating the mobilization of a Brazilian crew for a key transitional period prior to the rig’s onward journey to Brazil. This effort was specifically designed to equip the Brazilian crew with invaluable international exposure and experience.
