ICM Group engaged in a pivotal collaboration with a key client to provide customized Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training tailored to the specific requirements of personnel on two jack-ups stationed in the Bahrain shipyard. Our initiative underscored the paramount importance of cultivating a secure, compliant work environment through expertly designed training solutions that cater to distinct safety demands.
Mobilization of Expertise
To ensure the delivery of top-tier HSE training, ICM Group deployed four expert trainers to these rigs, with a total of 17 specialized trainers mobilized across all our operations in KSA, UAE, Bahrain, and Singapore on a monthly basis. This strategy enabled us to offer broad-ranging HSE training support throughout the shipyards.
