Supporting 8th gen Ultra-Deepwater Drillship startup

ICM Group's involvement in an ultra-deepwater drillships project underscored our commitment to operational excellence and technological advancement in offshore drilling.

ICM Group played a key role in a project focused on cutting-edge ultra-deepwater drillships, highlighting our joint dedication to operational excellence and the forward march of technology in offshore drilling with our respected client.

Pipe Interlock Management (PIM) System Training

ICM Group deployed an elite team of Drilling Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance the capabilities of our client’s Cyberbase Operators in mastering the Pipe Interlock Management (PIM) system. Over a period of 1.5 months, we provided customized training designed to impart the necessary skills for effectively managing system complexities. Our efforts included the creation of a bespoke e-learning course on Pipe Interlock management, marking a significant step towards boosting operational efficiency and mastery of system controls.

Crew Familiarization System Training (CFST) Manuals

Recognizing the varied responsibilities of crew members, ICM Group carefully crafted a collection of Crew Familiarization System Training (CFST) manuals. These guides were developed with the goal of ensuring that every team member had a thorough understanding of their duties, significantly enhancing the smoothness of operations and overall rig productivity.

Impact and Results

The support provided by ICM Group led to significant achievements. The detailed training in the Pipe Interlock Management (PIM) system empowered Cyberbase Operators to adeptly handle operational challenges, elevating both their efficiency and control over system management. Additionally, the introduction of specialized e-learning tools and customized CFST manuals bolstered crew expertise, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations on the state-of-the-art 8th-generation ultra-deepwater drillships.
