ICM Group provided full training services tailored to the specific needs of the crew to ensure operational efficiency and safety prior to the deployment of a Keppel FELS N-Class Jack-up rig.

In November 2021, a rig underwent a transition from Sri Lanka to Brazil, pausing for six months in Tenerife for reactivation. Throughout this reactivation phase, ICM Group took charge of up-manning, filling over 40 positions across marine, drilling, technical departments, administration, and translation roles. Our team successfully recruited and managed a workforce exceeding 235 individuals.
