ICM Group have recently been contracted by Saipem to provide Technical Coaching to support the Saipem Perro Negro 8 jack up Startup Operations in the waters off the coast of Saudi Arabia.

Perro Negro 8 is a mobile Jack up drilling unit able to operate in water depths of up to 350 feet and drill to a depth of 30,000 feet following the highest environmental regulations and standards.

Our Drilling Subject Matter Experts (SME) provided tailored familiarization training to the drilling crews on the various equipment onboard, covering everything from correct startups and shutdowns to maintenance routines and operational instructions.

With practical performance coaching, ICM Group ensured the crews were equipped with the skills and confidence necessary to safely carry out their jobs in accordance with best drilling practices.
