Our new Personnel Department Manager holds a bachelor’s degree in law and possesses extensive knowledge of Brasil's oil and gas legislation, offshore labor law, union negotiations, client representation, and the intricate aspects of traditional HR operations. With over 25 years of experience in various Human Resources positions, he has ascended from an HR Assistant to esteemed roles as HR Manager and HR Director within industry leaders such as Diamond Offshore, Technip, Noble Drilling, and Pacific Drilling.
